I am in network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Optum (which covers: Always, United Behavioral Health, and Health Plans, Inc.). If I am an out-of-network provider with your insurance plan, you can check with your insurance company to see if you have “out-of-network” mental health coverage. If your plan has “out-of-network” benefits, I can provide a detailed invoice (“Superbill”) for you to submit to seek reimbursement as allowed by your plan. You will be responsible for the entirety of the fees at the time of visit.
