I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), post-partum doula, and certified EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) practitioner. I have experience helping women, men, families, new parents, adolescents, and emerging adults navigate and heal mental health and emotional challenges as well as stressful life circumstances and transitions.
