INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
LET'S TALKDo you have a hard time putting yourself first? Are you exhausted by the pressures you feel daily, or like the walls are closing in?
Maybe you feel anxious about the future or depressed about the present, too overwhelmed with what needs to get done today to focus on how you want to live tomorrow. If you struggle to fall or stay asleep, have panic attacks, or feel hopeless, you are not alone.
Maybe you feel like you are living two lives.
There’s the one people see, who is healthy and active, who pursues hobbies, who is there for loved ones — and the one you see, who feels lonely, overwhelmed, in a brain fog or on an emotional rollercoaster, however well you hide it. Talking with a therapist can help put you back together.
Sadness, anger, anxiety, isolation or loneliness, and feelings of incompetence or being overwhelmed are all valid emotions.
They are also temporary, even if they feel like such a part of your experience that you can’t see a life without them.
If you’ve experienced a significant life change (new job, new child, new relationship, divorce, loss), it’s understandable to feel like the emotions that came with the transition will stay with the new reality, but that doesn’t have to be the case.
Perhaps you’ve been working through these emotional layers for a while on your own.
You’re navigating your own path to clarity and feel good about where it’s led you, but are at a point where you feel like there is more to life, more to you than you can uncover on your own.
Working with a therapist who walks with you through the labyrinth can be a supportive, enlightening experience that helps you unlock those doors you couldn’t see were there.
My Style...
I aim to create a warm, secure, and relaxed environment where you can feel safe to ask yourself those challenging questions you’ve been avoiding and to remove the walls that prevent you from seeing and loving yourself exactly as you are right now.
I work with people looking to navigate relationships, process childhood and other past traumas, and move forward in their lives with confidence. Let’s get there together.
